Beam Side View

Selected beam cutting outline: Beam Length (front-to-back) × Cut Height. S1/S3 stay at the upper part; S2 keeps the full calculated height. This is not a longitudinal mould curvature.

Tin Sheet Cutting Size

This is the flat metal sheet to form a continuous curved surface over the mould. It includes the curved top span, both flat edge sections and your extra overhang allowance.

Beam Support Cut List

Support positions are measured from the left side. S1 and S3 are upper-half-height supports; S2 retains its full calculated height. Cut Height is the actual board height. Laser beam panels use the adjustable Mould Length.

Calculated Values

The calculated flat Acrylic Width represents an ideal centreline developed length with no allowance for trimming or heating shrinkage. The finished Acrylic Width and automatically adjusted plywood Width are theoretical geometric values, not guaranteed production dimensions.

Export Note: The Laser File contains two identical 1:1 curved Front/Back sheets and one 1:1 rectangular panel per beam, each on a separate actual-size PDF page. The Dimension Plan contains measurements and the beam cut list. No laser kerf compensation is applied.
